Join Amber & Jamie for this truly holistic workshop, giving yourself a fresh start this year to cultivate the health you crave. The practice of yoga is incredibly beneficial to our physical, emotional and mental health. Take your yoga practice beyond the mat, and learn how to integrate it into your daily life. We will learn how to use our thoughts, habits, diet, and interactions to improve our health and overall wellbeing. The afternoon will include a vinyasa flow led by Jamie with live singing by Delfina, diet and nutrition education with Amber, a certified Nutrition Consultant, and the inspiration and guidance to create healthy new habits that serve you, leaving behind those that no longer do. Snacks, and time for a question and answer period to help personalize this experience will be provided.
