Join Najla for an in-depth study of the art of vinyasa yoga. In this two hour class Najla will guide you towards a deeper, more meaningful understanding of the connection between breath, body and the mind. We will practice the transitions between yoga postures using the breath as the thread to link the various postures together. This class is for all students.
