Our weekend will be divided into three days of workshops. Each workshop will include lectures and applying what you learn. You may purchase a full weekend pass, or individual day workshops.

Advancing Your Arm Balancing, Inversions and More

During this two-session workshop geared towards teachers, aspiring teachers and advanced practitioners, a detailed breakdown of arm balances and inversions will be explored. Learn to breathe, restore, and balance your energy during this special 4-hour workshop focused on Yoga Philosophy, Chakra Balancing, Pranayama, and Restorative Yoga.
About Mark Stephens:
Mark is a dedicated yoga student whose personal experience of yoga’s promise to make life better inspires him to share the practice through teaching and scholarly writing. Described by Yoga Journal as “the teacher’s teacher,” he is a certified yoga therapist, member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists, and author of the international bestsellers Teaching Yoga, Yoga Sequencing, Yoga Adjustments and Yoga Therapy, now in nine languages.
