About
Harmony Yoga
Najla is deeply rooted both in the South Bay and in the small business tradition. Her grandfather opened the first dry cleaning business in the South Bay in 1905 picking up and delivering people’s clothes with a horse and buggy.
This grew into a family franchise until it was sold by her family in 1990. Najla keenly understands the role of a small business in making a community feel more like extended family. Students describe feeling like they are “coming home” every time they enter the studio
My vision for you revolves around embracing and maintaining the three “H’s”: Health, Happiness, and Harmony. In today’s fast-paced world, taking time for yourself can sometimes feel selfish. But I believe self-love and self-care should be top priorities, not afterthoughts. To truly care for your family, friends, work, and other responsibilities, you first need to care for yourself. As a business owner, wife, and mother, I know firsthand how essential Health, Happiness, and Harmony are for a balanced, fulfilling life. After all, isn’t that what we’re all striving for?
Harmony Yoga is more than just a business to me; it’s my home and my family. I am deeply invested in the well-being of my students and my staff. It’s a true honor to share my passion for yoga through Harmony Yoga. From my experience, I know that regular yoga practice can stretch and strengthen your body, calm your mind, and bring a deep sense of peace and joy. On behalf of my dedicated team and myself, welcome to Harmony Yoga. We can’t wait to accompany you on your journey.
Namaste,
Najla
