HARMONY VINYASA

Experience meditation in motion with our signature class. Flow seamlessly through yoga postures and transitions, cultivating strength, balance, and mindfulness. This invigorating and transformative practice is designed for all levels, welcoming everyone to explore their inner calm and vitality.

Yoga Fundamentals

Discover the essential poses that boost both your physical health and mental well-being, along with the key stretches that are the heart of yoga. This class is designed to align your body, enhance balance, and build flexibility, making it perfect for students of all levels. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find valuable tools to support your yoga journey and overall wellness.

Yin Restorative Yoga

Get ready to dive into a world of deep, soothing stretches that will help you lengthen those muscles and release the deep layers of connective tissue known as fascia. In this class, you’ll use props to support your practice, making it the perfect counterbalance to our dynamic Harmony Vinyasa classes. Prepare for a blissful journey that enhances your flexibility and leaves you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.



Sound Healing

A sound bath is an enchanting, meditative journey where you get to “bathe” in soothing, healing sounds. Immerse yourself in the resonant vibrations of Crystal Bowls and other therapeutic instruments as they guide your mind from an active state to a serene, relaxed one. Feel the deep restfulness and healing wash over you, touching your mental, emotional, and physical layers. It’s the perfect opportunity to calm your mind, relax your body, and indulge in a little self-love.

Kids Yoga and Art

Children will learn the importance of mindfulness and personal expression through unique yoga and art classes. Children will begin class practicing fun and playful yoga poses. They will learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, and lots of yoga games, breathing, and meditation. After yoga, the group will move to the lobby where there will be an art project that allows kids to continue the practice of self-expression and mindfulness through artistic creation. They leave class with something they’ve hand crafted. Art projects planned include magic wands and potions, dream catchers, mala necklaces and a multi-media tree pose canvas.
