This 8-week series for kids will introduce students to a variety of yoga postures, mindfulness and conscious breathing. Practicing safely and encouraging playfulness, we will emphasize focus and coordination for the little ones, and mind-body awareness for the older students. Yoga can help children develop stress management techniques early on, improve their concentration, and enhance compassion, self-confidence and self-control.
