A sound bath is an enchanting, meditative journey where you get to “bathe” in soothing, healing sounds. Immerse yourself in the resonant vibrations of Crystal Bowls and other therapeutic instruments as they guide your mind from an active state to a serene, relaxed one. Feel the deep restfulness and healing wash over you, touching your mental, emotional, and physical layers.
