In this workshop, Tanya will lead you through a complete sequence to open and strengthen your joints, muscles and mind. We’ll begin with a Yin practice to traction your connective tissue, creating stronger, healthier joints. Then we’ll move into a vinyasa flow series designed to increase your heart rate, moving stagnant energy out and bringing vibrant energy in. Finally, we will end with a restorative practice to turn on your parasympathetic nervous system, allowing for deep relaxation and healing.
