Join Simone to release tightness and increase strength and flexibility in your hips, legs, and lower back. Simone will teach you techniques that safely opens hips in this 3 hour workshop. Building the class slowly with classic postures begins to release muscular and/or emotional tension. May help promote healing low back pain, sciatica, knee issues or migrain headaches. We will work in the hip rotation muscles, the hip flexors (psoas), the abductors and hamstrings. Ideally designed for the student who has been practicing yoga fairly regularly for 1 year or more.
