This workshop is perfect for beginners and/or anyone still learning the mechanics of inversions like headstand, forearm stand and handstand. There won’t be anything fancy in this workshop. Just a detailed, explanatory, demonstrative and supportive guidance. In this interactive workshop, you will have the freedom to ask as many questions as you’d like and will have hands-on help by the teacher, Jamie Horgan. This will be a fun, explorative and expectation-free environment for you to experiment with inversions at your own pace. The workshop will also be a great way to open your mind, be playful, and empower yourself to step outside of your comfort zone.
