Take time to restore your body, mind, and soul during this afternoon of extreme self care. Kitty & Simone will lead the class through yoga poses while incorporating breathing excercises and Yoga Nidra meditation techniques. Props will be used – allowing for deeper and longer holds, resulting in stress relief & relaxation. This Restorative Workshop is open to all levels and we invite the local community to join!
