Jeralyn will work with the tones of both the chakra system and the endocrine system, and the various tunings of 432hz, 528hz and 440hz. You will feel the sounds as grounding, centering and accelerating as well as celestial, expansive and anchoring.
Crystal alchemy sound has been known to aid in emotional balance, sleep difficulties, anxiety, stress reduction, depression and pain relief.
The evening will be a combination of soaking in the sacred sound, becoming our own vessels of sacred sound, embodying the beauty and harmony of the crystalline vibrations.
