Julie will lead you through a mindful Yoga practice geared around the center of your body turning on the many layers of your core. This awareness will not only take you deeper into your practice but will show you how to use your core to invert safely, to balance strongly, and to flow effortlessly. Julie is a full time Pilates instructor of 16 years, and is certified Yoga instructor. Pre-registration is strongly suggested!
