In this relaxing and revitalzing workshop we will explore Yin poses with Thai massage adjustments. By holding passive poses for several minutes at a time, yin yoga increases circulation in the joints, improving their mobility, strength and resilience. During these holds Tanya and Sarah will offer feel good adjustments in the form of gentle pressure applied with their hands and feet, the traditional style of Thai massage. You will leave this workshop feeling re-energized, reconnected and centered.
