Yoga & Spirituality Book Club

The Yoga & Spirituality Book Club is a small, intentional gathering designed to explore meaningful texts through shared dialogue and lived experience rather than lecture or instruction. This offering invites participants to slow down, read thoughtfully, and reflect on how spiritual teachings show up both on and off the mat.

The emphasis is on cultivating shared language, deeper connection, and community, allowing insight and understanding to unfold naturally over time. This is not a teacher training or academic study group, but a facilitated circle rooted in curiosity, listening, and personal experience.

Meetings are discussion-based and lightly facilitated in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Group size is limited to 10–12 participants to support meaningful conversation and connection.

To honor the integrity of the group container, participants may join up to 1–2 weeks late, but only at the start of a new book. Once discussions are underway, the group remains closed until the next text. Participants are encouraged to attend most sessions, with flexibility and understanding for life’s natural rhythms.
