  • The app allows you to view schedules, book classes, purchase memberships, and access livestream/on-demand content.
  • You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Accounts & Payments

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All purchases (memberships, class packs, events) are subject to our refund and cancellation policies, which may be updated from time to time.

Health & Safety Disclaimer

By participating in yoga classes, workshops, or related activities, you acknowledge that:
  • Yoga involves physical activity and carries risk of injury.
  • You are responsible for assessing your own health and fitness before participation.
  • Harmony Yoga and its teachers are not liable for injuries sustained during participation, whether in studio, online, or via recorded classes.

Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including logos, text, images, and videos, is the property of Harmony Yoga and may not be used without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
